This website contains data for Prime Maker Plus (7R3); and, I hope you will have time to review all of the files because there’s a lot here:  EPDs; $Values; AHIR; Ultrasound; Progeny ratios; Dam’s ratios; Pfizer and Igenity DNA test results; plus actual calving data for 1st calf heifers.  I believe it’s important to have as much information as possible and for the data to support the EPDs.  This file is updated every Friday and posted on this website: www.donnellcattlecompany.com.

Results of a national audit of commercial ranchers indicate they want and need all of the following things in their cattle: 1. maternal function 2. early, rapid, efficient growth, 3. red meat yield, carcass quality & tenderness.  They need cattle that will do all of these things at an optimal level, produce good replacement females, plus excel in the feedlot, packing house and in the “center of the plate”.  As purebred breeders I believe we have a fiduciary role to produce genetics to help ranchers to achieve their goal --- to raise a more valuable product.
